If you chooses to change the blade to a personal blade or one of the others avalible in the shop, you must change it back to the original blade when done for the day. Report any issues with the bandsaw in the #woodshop SLACK Channel.
Always leave the blade in the tensioned position.
This is to keep less experienced members from starting the saw with a lose blade. This almost always damages the blade,the machine, and can cause injury. We understand that this can decrease the life of the blade but it is safer for members and the machine.
